Feed status problems with Sage 1.4.7, FF 3.6.8, Win XP Pro as well. Switching back to 1.4.6 fixes it.

And many thanks for making and maintaining Sage! It's awesome!

Hello, I had the same problem (Sage 1.4.7, FF 3.6.10, Win XP Pro). The feeds status didn't display correctly. Reverting to Sage 1.4.6 solved the problem. Good luck to the developers to identify and correct the issue. And many thanks for the great job. Sage is definitely a wonderful tool.

It seems this issue affects all kind of OS. Here I have FF 3.6.10 running on Ubuntu 10.4. I have exactly the same problem as reported by Hristofor after updating to 1.4.7

Similar movement occurs in my environment (Mac OSX 10.4.11 + FF 3.5.13).
The icon of the site that should have been updated is a blank paper, or mini icon of the file is replaced with a folder icon.
There was not such thing before 1.4.6, I want to just return it to a version of it...

There really seems to be a problem with the new Sage. I use FF 3.6.10 on a Win Xp Media Center Edition SP3 and ever since i updated to 1.4.7 all the feeds are messed up - some feeds have the icon of a folder, some feeds showed way to old stuff and none of the feeds could be updated. Reverting to the old one is the only possible solution for now.

1.4.7 with firefox 3.6.10 on a win machine seems to have severely broken the feed tree, the only solutions I've found is opening and closing the sage sidebar whenever I expand/contract a folder or update the feed list... or simply revert to 1.4.6.

Great work on the updates, sage is one plugin I've kept old versions of firefox to keep - it's good to know it will be compatible with 4.0.

i still can't choose Bookmarks Toolbar as the Sage Feed Folder. that was available in an older version but hasn't been for a long time. it was the best feature of Sage by far and i'd like to be able to do that again.

Thanks - the 'downgrade' to 1.4.6 fixed the problem. (I prefer to stay on Firefox 3.0, as 3.5 and later break some of my extensions.)

Phil, it sounds as if we may have a regression on older versions of Firefox. You could either go back to Sage 1.4.6 until we fix the regression:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/77/versions/?page=1#version-1.4.6

or you could upgrade to Firefox 3.6:

Sage 1.4.7 seems to have re-broken the first of the fixes addressed by 1.4.6 (“Sidebar feed tree doesn’t display current feed status correctly”); certainly the feed list in my Sage sidebar has stopped updating, which reduces its functionality more than somewhat! Any idea how I can either fix this or revert to 1.4.6?

Firefox 3.0.19, OS X 10.5.8 (on PowerPC, in case that's relevant!).
